  • ^^^ good work!
    makes me almost trust horses...

  • will that silhouetted landscape is sooooooo good!

  • Anyone got the new Panasonic GM1?

Just ordered one after my old trusty GF1 made its last exposure.
Looks absolutely tiny, will be using it together with my old 20mm pancake to carry along on rides in TT Fuel/Saddlebag.

Great to have WIFI/NFC for some Raphaesque self portraits too.

Oh my, would love to replace my GF3 with this and stick on my 20mm f/1.7!

  • 40mm equivalent is perfect in my book.

  • ^^^ good work!

saying that the back horse does remind me a bit of

  • new Panasonic

...do they still have these tedious menus ?

  • Will, nice shots. The silhouette one is my fave.

On a side note, my mate has asked me to photograph some food for a blog his missus is starting. Never really done food before, at least not properly so it should be interesting. Going to use the 50mm 1.8 with some off-camera flash and a reflector disc. And a tripod.
If any of you have seen Kinfolk, well, thats the look I'm aiming for...
    VSCO ALL THE THINGS!

  • whoocha! hot shot!!

  • Just not enough detail in the bottom 50%, please do try harder Will. ;)

  • i think his thumb or jacket is over the lens or something

  • should have taken it in the daylight to capture the foreground too.

  • Just found this from Mexico a couple of years ago, the serious looking chap is my step-fathers brother in law or something - he runs a cattle farm over there. My missus took the photo and its probably one of my faves from the whole trip.

  • that's a great shot.

My favourite thing in this pic is the chick on the left.

  • Yeah, the hand on her head is funny - I cropped out a plastic cup but also some of the hand's owner.

  • ^^ Obviously a beauty, but there's a whole lot of good in this pic that is largely due (in my view) to the collection of expressions going on there.

  • what service do you guys prefer to host the pictures today? I've been trying 500px, but it's too bureaucratic and the free version has almost no features. Flickr would be a good choice?

  • Yeah, flickr is pretty good for hosting.

  • Does compress images though (at least last time I checked).

  • test shot

  • test shot

  • Anyone owned a Fuji XF1? Thoughts?

Curry's are selling them for £130.

  • Haha, that test shot.. : ]

And nice stuff Will, thanks for sharing!
