Dunno. I guess it depends on the condition, paint job etc.
I suppose a decent second hand steel frame, with matching forks (and decent headset ) can fetch about £350- £400 if it is real quality and uniqe

Anyone going this morning? How is the weather looking?

Hmm, no key holder to open the gates this a.m. Fun standing around chatting to all, but I'd rather have been ON MY BIKE, on the track. Weather was great....

Sorry guys,
I was away, as were most of the lead coaches. The remaining ones clearly didn't address the Sunday session.Unfortunate that there wasn't any prior notice, but this can sometimes happen with a volunteer run venue like HH. Plenty of people like to ride but less people are willing to get qualified and coach. It takes 2+ coaches to run a session not just someone with a key to open the gate.

That reminds me, need to get my coaching qualification sorted.

I'm really tired, I need an excuse not to go. Is it raining or wet down there?
-
• #219
Found an excuse. I almost cut my finger off on the flusher of the toilet. Possibly the strangest accident I have ever had. Must be an omen!
-
• #220
ouch!

• #221
mike, the flaw in your excuse is the 'almost'....but kudos for nearly the best excuse ever!
My excuse is that I was spending some quality time with Rob.Saturday training yesterday was simply the best ever. Poor looking numbers gave a low turnout, so we got to train with the derny pizzabike. I felt sick and I got cramp, which is a good indication of it being good.

Agreed. Don't think i've ever felt quite as broken as after the derny-paced infinite points race training..... AWESOME

Now that i read this i regret not going! this two weeks of rain drained a bit my motivation!

No training today, it's just rained in HH and not looking like improving
Is it this Wednesday or next Wednesday?
