The Pina's fine, just needs a bar change
*fixed could be an idea though

I looked, but for the life of me couldn't find those Cinelli Giro di Itlias I promised you G. I think they are 26.4 though.
No worries J

What width bars are you after G?
40 with a 26.0 clamp. Doesn't necessarily have to be Cinelli, just decent 80's(ish) stylebars, not too deep a drop

i have some cinelli bars Pisti and a 3tt

looks like 18 on the train at the mo which is asking for it. there is the earlier train or maybe something to harlow. it's a 5 minute ride down from there (obviously at animal snak pace)
-
• #1939
@ texas - can't be bovvered to search for them at the mo but it's all quite straight forward really. have spares of everything and a map means that if you get lost you can get home. it's personal safety stuff. Roydon has a habit of turning into a drag fest for the last 10 miles and there are plenty of turnings to miss. the field gets strung out and it is easy to find yourself between two groups and sail on by a turn. with all the will in the world back markers are worth jack on this ride. my advice to people who aren't sure and have forgotten maps , etc is to ride with someone who knows. Worth adding that this ride has a habit of making people go fast early doors only to find they get a bit pooped in that last 10 and start falling off the experienced riders they intended riding with. but there's lots of good riders out there and if fast people want to ride off the front that's fine. the opinion of the inner circle has always been that if you know the right way then go for it but there are others on the ride and it's good to keep it close knit. it's a balance between wanting to ride with a top bunch of people and enjoy the night and having a base line of preparedness so folks like me , jonny, des, purple etc don't spend half the night searching for lost souls or dragging unfit , unlit, mapless dudes up to the group. It's fucking anarchy out there tex and as far as i'm concerned you're the ring leader ! ;)

This is a great ride, probably one of my favourites for riding out and back, made even more enjoyable knowing its Jonnys first for a while and Veds return to the limelight.
