  • we put that on a note and left it on the bike...

  • this, at midnight-ish yesterday. that lock is so loose that you could just loop it over the bars and walk away with the frame. i know it's a create, but still, learn2lock

bike, lock and note, all still there this morning...

  • they got some art college pussy/dick.

  • If only he'd remembered to hyphenate poop-shoot that would have been admirable. Though slight shame he appears to have signed it "Prick".

    Doesn't he mean 'chute' anyway?

  • So far as I can tell they just buckled it using the lock, with the bike as lever.

Didn't do them any good since the lock went through the frame, but it snapped the rim clean in half.

Can't tell if it was mindless vandalism or attempted theft - if the latter, they certainly didn't think their strategy through...maybe they were thinking:

    1. See bike
    2. Break wheel
    3. ?????
    4. Profit

maybe he makes rims for a living?

    Hmm...

Having said that the bike is inside - It looks a bit like how I used to transport my look on my bmx..

Indeed. I couldn't be bothered to go through correcting the spelling, grammar and tracking.
    Only posted it for laffs.

According to the blog the bike came in with a customer complaining the brakes weren't working properly.

I call bull, but it was funny anyway.

  • From the anti-porn thread, two locks not securing a Look

  • ^mongtastic!

  • I see these two every day. To be fair no-one in their right mind would chore them but I'm always tempted to take along my nail scissors.

BTW my bad phone pic doesn't fully reveal that the front lock's barrel is Donald Duck's head.

^ I disagree -- stick some drops and a half-decent saddle on the blue one, sell it for £80+ no probs.

  • I'd quite like one of these at home

  • That's brilliant.

Need to find me one of those, obviously for indoor.

  • Agreed. Simple and obvious solution. Difficult to think of though.

  • That is genius.

  • great innit, its out the back of an artists studios in Manchester and so secure I guess.......forum group pallette buy ?!

I have a massive pallet manufacturer (yup, he's 7' 11" and 97 stones) in my teeny village - I can arrange. Postage is likely to be stiff though...

  • Spotted this at the racks at work. Haven't seen it there before, possibly stolen?

  • Ever since i watched this
, a hippy in my head drawls "I think we have an A here!!" whenever I lock my bike up properly. Its very motivating.

  • I loved every second of that video!

  • I know who in the right mind would ever steal a police bike.. but surely a fed is supposed to set an example! fucking hell!

    LOL

  • I can see a few bits on that bike that'd sell down brick lane... maybe not the frame though.

  • Has the police bikes chain even got a padlock on it? Looks like its just tied in a knot or something.
