Thanks again, Carson. The pics did display at first, then only appeared as links. I assumed that they were too big and some administrative power had taken care of business.
Just found another shoddily locked bike - will post it up later when not limited to my phone.
oh right - thought my initial instructions were too complcated lol
can resize them when you upload to hosting site though :) -

home made d lock?? seen in greenwich on monday.

Gah! That's incredible!
Top marks for creativity, but they clearly haven't realised that a lock is only as strong as its weakest part. In this case, its weakest part is all of it (assuming the tubing is hollow).

haha nightmare.. sorry maybe i should have used italics, or kept revising instead of trying to waste time being witty on this thread

This just made me feel crap,
This stunning Merckx, full Campag record and carbon trispoke. abused and then locked outside Morrisons with a shoelace style lock.
I waited for half an hour for its owner to come so i could offer to buy it off of them. but in the end i had to leave a note saying that i would like to take it off there hands.
It needs some serious rehabilitation, its been bashed about and is rusting in places, its absolutely ridiculous. -

The bungee 'lock' is one of the best. Along with the classic bootlace^^.
