I thought your clues were really good and made it easy to find, Matt. I'd blame a combination of rain and the fact that it doesn't show up on Streetview for the delay in people getting it.

You can work out the city from the lamp post :)
Fixed.

Nice one Liz!

Btw my dyslexic biscuit comment was a hint rather than a criticism, mashton!

Cycled around where I thought it would roughly be, for 45 mins or so. No luck :(

Well done Habbi. Hope you liked the sculptures?
The three figures are Twiggy, Terence Donovan the photographer and a passer by. It was created by my uncle, Neal French. The location is very
close to Twiggy's studio. -

Mashton's tag: Bourdon Place W1
I was very tempted all along to work 'burden' into a clue.

Aston was still there

they look great! really stylish - the passer by was perhaps my favourite.

I got the last one by using an online anagram solver, didn't recognise the only result so Googled "Bourdon London" and got the street.
As for a clue for the new one, don't expect to have Will asking just yet. I've pm'd him that the new tag is Spaghetti Junction and I didn't have time to get it myself. Apparently he's on his way...

I knew the old one straight away from miserable days delivering to the back entrances of companies I would happily have blown up,

"our bond" destroyed.
good clue in my opinion. nothing wrong with giving a well set cryptic clue. most of these tags are inaccessible to some people for some reason.

No takers? I am surprised! Might try and get it tomorrow evening

Please do! Too far out of my way this week!

Current and last tags are ace.
Mashton my ire wasn't directed at you personally. It was directed at bloody-minded cryptic crossword clues etc, all that too-clever-by half stuff - I just don't have the time. Turns out yours wasn't particularly awkward. And a great tag.

If there's one thing this thread has demonstrated it's that the forum knows every inch of London, so I don't think there's such a thing as a tag which is too hard.
I do think that when the game stalls, it's nice to keep drip-feeding clues. It's quite infuriating (in a good way) when you know one which nobody else seems to know, but you can't get to it and you're helpless as you see the clues just keep dripping out until someone else nabs it. -

Damn it! I was actually in the neighbourhood of the new tag yesterday. Should have checked the thread.
You can work out the borough from the lamp post :)
