Bicycle Tag of bike

It's slightly annoying that I knew where the last two were, but no idea about the current one.

Also, was just finishing lunch and about to trudge off to Hammersmith when your tag came in.

How fast do you ride?

I'm trying to figure out where you could have got to in the 40 minutes between the two photographs.

I'd say not too fast, and i stop at all red traffic lights.

It wasn't really a clue, (apart from the fact it's made from coat hangers, but that's not really going to help anyone)

just to add, I'm pretty sure Sean Penn never heard of this place, don't dig to deep. it's an advice, not a clue.

New one: found it on Google and now am just trying to work out what the clues mean.
