I found it on Google, by a process of elimination and figuring MissCow would keep it south, but still don't know what the clues were about.

It used to be called Jubillee City Farm.

And Vauxhall is near MI6 HQ - hence "Spooks"

That clue helped me to confirm how sculpture is made, and where it is. I don't think I've seen it before.
