Is it Henry or Wenger's gaff?
More historical interest than A WAGS hangout

It must be somewhere near mine, and it does look familiar, but I really don't know.

De Beauvoir SquareNew tag
pretagged but only from lunchtime today -

No way!!!!!! That was on my list of tags to go and pre-tag. If only I had the flippin' time.
If it's still there on Sunday, I'll take the Demon to pop her tagging cherry.

Old tag : De Beauvoir Square
I've passed it about 20 times since it was posted, still had no idea.
Should look around more on a way to work.

Thanks. That one had really been bugging me too. Not my first tag, tho - I did the brompton time machine a few weeks back. Thanks to oat44 for bringing the wonderful world of biketag to my attention.

So is there anything notable about the house in De Beauvoir Square or is it just a house?
I haven't known any of these tags for ages.
I worked out the old Synagogue but my BTOB-fu has deserted me in recent weeks. -

20 De Beauvoir Square is the former vicarage to St Peter's church. Lots of info about De Beauvoir Town here
I guess the name is the French connection, and the Dutch gables on the other houses in the square the dutch one?Right. And Peter de beauvoir from a hugenot family bought the land and bult the estate using the Dutch design.

What? Even the one I had spelt out in 15 foot high letters?
Can't work out if the new one is somewhere I know and can't quite place, or just something that looks like I ought to know.

In reality, it might be some time before I'm able to tag, so go get it! Then I'll find out if it was what I thought it was!
(actually - I just google-checked, and yup it is).

Anyone bothered to do a list of How many tags people have done? Or would it ruin the game and quality if pics.
-
• #5946
Velocio edited your first post - there's a link to the map, which has a list of the tags.
-

We must be on about 375 ish - I did 20 odd last weekend, still about 10 or so to go ...
Just a reminder re map - do try to log out of google when viewing - you can then see all the tags at once, and also it means you don't accidently move tag pins around to random places ;-)

well, apart from that - but by the time I checked the thread that had been posted and found.
One other problem I have at the moment is that I can't think of anywhere new to tag.
I need to go exploring again. -
