Old tag: The Old Bank Of England pub, on Fleet Street, just next door to the Royal Courts of Justice.
And its good to see so many forummers getting switched on by the idea of night tagging.
Bonus points awarded to anyone who finds my stray taggycat spokecard somewhere between the two tags.

Nice one! That middle pic saves some extra typing too

Nice attempt at a fussballclub version, but the sign makes it too obvious. :)

Well i do like a nice close up wall shot.
I didn't know the Sweeny Tod connection. Until i got there i was wondering if the pub was haunted or something. Still have no idea what DC13 means either?

The clue was simply going to be 'pies', then I remembered DC13's avatar ;)

Old Tag:
Plug and Socket on Ganton St,
Attached to the outside wall of National Magazine Company’s offices on Ganton Street, London, is this impressively enormous plug and socket. It was created by James Glancy Design and, although it doesn’t function as a socket should, the installation does serve a purpose by disguising the building’s exterior air conditioning system, instead creating what is now a local attraction for positive reasons.

A hand full of pleasure.

more clues please...

• #5034
hms, this is the longest its taken anyone to find one of my tags, and I don't think its that off the beaten track. I'll give it a little while just yet to see if anyone knows it, before I offer another clue.
-
• #5035
Current clue is enough!
-
• #5036
no more clues! i'm planning on doing this around 3 today :)
-
• #5037
of course no hard feelings if anyone beats me to it. and absolute delight if anyone meets me there at 3 for a multiplayer mode

No idea where the new tag is, i like the disembodied hand though.
And thanks for the detail on the switch, i had no idea about the concealed aircon, i just likes the look of it. -

^^^ - glad to hear it.. Just didn't want the thread to go quiet.

danns, cardigan, wracked my brains for a suitable clue, glad to know it wasn't in vain...
zoom, I had no idea about the switch either, I've seen it many times before and just thought it was an interesting art installation, now to know it actually has a purpose apart from being interesting to look at, and prettily lit at night..

Old: Bonnington Square Pleasure Garden, SW8 in a site cleared by WW2 bombing, this local residents' project is a homage to the historical Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens in the area
New: (it's a bit late but i was in Liverpool's moderately well-known Liverpool at the weekend). At the going down of the sun and in the morning...

Ooh, I was going to tag that one day. Nice one Si.
-
• #5043
:) i'd mentally bookmarked it for november!

Interestingly* I'd tagged a directly connected tag up north in response to a tag that another tagger beat me to so never got to post that tag.
*Interest level is based 100% positive feedback from survey sample of 1 person, your levels of interest may vary.
-
• #5045
i'd say it's more intriguing
-
• #5046
I will gauge my interest levels once I have deconstructed and understood that sentence.
-
• #5047
It would have been intriguing if I had said trains were the connecting theme for the tags.
-
• #5048
what? I don't understand. who's coming for pizza?
-
• #5049
I meant the connecting theme for my tags which never got posted, not the connecting theme for OLC's tags which is altogether more explosive.
Pizza in the south and things needing doing up north are not compatible, I haven't made it to one of those evenings yet, this must change.

I had considered tagging OLC's chosen one, one up north (a presidential link to that one?) and, indeed, one ever so slightly further south. But failed to do any.
More nice night shots.
Know this one - will swing by on the way in tomorrow if it's not already been done by another nocturnal tagger..
