Not enough drain pipes.

The tag isn't the building, it's the street. Plus the particular building is in view in that shot.

I think that would be better as 'old tag is open until the new tag is posted'.

Portland Place was the site of the Austro-Bavarian Lager Beer Brewery & Crystal Ice Factory.

The new one is too new to be on street view. And judging by my last tag, in an area no one wants to venture. But at least is is a street this time. And not a church.
