I labelled it as shacklewell road. That's the other end of the same road. It's also well within shacklewell ward - so it's in shacklewell. Get wrecked.

The LMPS (probably a well trodden resource by taggers) made the same mistake, so excuse me!

Bit late and fairly random but coming back to the blind begger tag there is a ras who lives kinda nearby there at downey house globe road who has a large collection of old bikes. Can usually be found outside the front. Name is John. Winstons friend. Worth paying a visit if you are passing, sells them if you ask nicely. No idea about the current tag. Sorry.

The weather might have put people off too. But I'm always open to calls for more clues.
