Everything's in East London, and I never go there!
Actually I never go anywhere.
Completely baffled by the clue, as usual.
Edit: I've found it, but I'm not going. Too blustery.

Bizarrely enough, there are two roads with that same name in that part of London. -

Both the Queen Adelaide Dispensary (1866) and Mildmay Hospital Mission are vaguely connected in that they were in (delayed) response to the very poor health levels in the area, particularly Cholera. Apparently in 1839 the average age of death in the parish was 25.8 years, mostly attributed to poor sanitary conditions, with only 12 houses connected to a sewer from Pollard Row to Shoreditch Church in 1850.
https://footprintsoflondon.com/2017/06/the-queen-and-the-green/The worst area was the Old Nichol slum, now Arnold Circus, and this was the original location of Mildmay. More on the cramped, permanently soggy dwellings here: https://horridhackney.com/f/the-appalling-victorian-slums-of-the-old-nichol-shoreditch?blogcategory=Shoreditch+History
The Mildmay Mission Hospital was born out of appeals to Islington-based Mildmay Deaconesses following the 1866 Cholera outbreak. The hospital eventually moved to today's site in 1892 and in 1988 became Europe's first hospice for those suffering from HIV/AIDS related illness. Princess Diana visited patients here 17 times and Prince Harry opened the new building on the old site in 2015.
https://www.mildmay.org/our-historyIt is now helping homeless Covid patients.
The red clock is a tiny remnant of the old 1892 hospital:

NEW: from matches to fire. I don't know anything about this except it looks like it's from a bygone era. Clue to follow.

It reminds of of that soft cosy Raymond Briggs style.
The 80s synth pop combo The Match Girls was a funny.

I suppose when it comes to tags some afford you the chance to visit Hackney.

The roundel is one of a series by Keith Bowler. This “match girls” one commemorates the fact that women from the Bryant & May factory met in Hanbury Hall to organise a strike, and the first trade union.
The blue plaque on the building mentions a few other interesting events.

Oh, it's a re-tag indeed (and even on the map).
If Will searched for it, he may have been foiled by the lack of searchability.
Edit: I've finally found the original tag post--by deleted:

It may be on the map but Somerford Grove doesn't bring up any results in the search so looks like it didn't comply with the Schick Pedantosity.

The new one links to the location of a recent tag by nick.h. It's also in London's premier destination Borough.

Or, indeed, the principle. I've edited my post to link to the original tag posts.
The new one had to be tagged soon. I think it's an excellent set of sculptures.
