This was going to be my new tag, see if you can guess where it is:

That was my initial thought but the railings are wrong, they are far to tall. It would be a hell of a clamber to get over them, you'd have to be pretty determined. Then there is the risk of hurting yourself trying, got to consider it from a health and safety aspect.
