Will depend a bit on the date & a bit on how lazy I am meantime. Maybe having this ride in the diary will galvanize me into actionl. Will be geared (& probably not enough of them) I'm afraid - will only involve a saddle if I can sit down anytime soon!! Really like the spirit of all of this - very happy w/ going slow (will defo come back by train!)

IN! I have gears and hopefully I should have worked out how to put the new saddle on by then.
Which means I'm pretty keen on the idea of a mechanics group, because if I can't figure out a saddle easily I have pretty much no hope of fixing anything else!

How have I never noticed that bar before? I cycle that road every day both to and from work. Awareness fail.

Ziska I was sort of joking about drinking and polo. If you come and watch you'll see that it's a very sociable game with a few beers being drunk.

LMNH - does coffee, Tea, juices food etc., so you don't have to have a beer or wine if you don't want to!
