• All that is except for a few who were near the front of the mass and stayed with it

Yeah, I think quite a few of us made it to Victoria park in the end, and about 15 of us then headed for the Dover.

It was my first mass, and I had a great time. I did feel a little bad at times when we held up a few ambulances and fire engines, but otherwise it was great, seeing a load of people on bikes, some I knew, most I didn't.

It looks like my live GPS thing didn't work again, this time I seem to have all the data, but it didn't upload.

I'll try and get it uploaded, but in short (waterloo - weymouth mews via victoria park):
    Time: 3:02:13
    Distance: 25.27 km
    Avg speed: 8.3 km/h
    Max speed: 67.2 km/h

  • That was good. The Mass was a lot quicker than usual

    Avg speed: 8.3 km/h

    hehehe uh huh.

  • Don't forget that included the blast from victoria park to the dover at the end, which probably bumped up the average speed.

Though on the other hand there were a number of periods where we stopped entirely, so that of course drags down the average.

  • Two things; Oliver Schick is a legend. Critical Mass is not my cup of tea.

  • Three years on, you're all still a bunch of cuntz... Exceptin' nny, psy and mashton... Who rule...

i don't think i saw mashton - sorry, missed you, man! - but i have to say that was one of my top masses ever: i've been on a few. although it was very slow, it was poignant, and it meant a lot. people stayed together and the corking was great. i saw a whole load of forumengers, plus many more that i didn't know. top knotch everyone! and here's to the next ones!

    love and solidarity,

    (and fuck the police!)
