The back wheel's fine, you just need to stop letting Rob anywhere near it ;)
-
• #3428
My beater, is more beaten up than this picture shows, but its a nice photo so I'll show!
This bike is rad.
-
• #3429
It's not been built, more periodically abused, just got to the point where the rear wheel really needs replacing.
Accept my apologies then :D

• #3430
That stem is epic. Does anyone know what it is?
-
• #3431
Epic?

My bike's got a restraining order on Rob for the good of the both of them.
Accept my apologies then :D
No problem man, the wheelset's been ridden to the point where it needs replacing, front's been done but the rear is waiting on a hub, thought if I'm replacing I may as well do nice and abuse it back to rat.

one of the best bikes ever.
Know what you mean. Every time I see it it grows on me more, and I liked it in the first place! Really is an almost perfect rat. just wish I had one the same in a 58cm frame... sigh
-
• #3439
Well nice, if that was in my size, I'd snap that up for £200!
I think it's a rat that actually has been ridden till it looked like that, but also was a bit of a HHSB in previous life!
I dunno its still a bit HHSB. Deep section rims and fucking risers.
Are we talking about that yellow thing?
-
• #3440
As I said, it was a HHSB, but under all the grime, signs of abuse, and general rattiness, so therefore is NOW a rat.
-
• #3441
It's now a HHRB
-
• #3442
This belongs here
-
• #3443
No, it belongs in the skip.
-
• #3444

adjustable from 406 to 730 mm.
it's a do-all miracle. -
• #3447
It looks like one of those hydraulic V-brakes, Magura was it? Well at least some of it.....
-
• #3448
That's a lock not a brake.
-
• #3449
One of them retro rear wheel locks? so people can't ride away on it
-
• #3450
See the No Fork project bike. This is his daily ride on his crazy idea.
Definitely a frankenbeater.
