^Agreed
Is that a coaster or does doris need foot retention? -
• #2831
Coaster 2 speed. (S2C).
Still needs front brake and maybe foot retention in the future. If anyone has one of those old bolt through brakes- I'd very much appreciate it.
The box makes the acoustics of riding very interesting. A low burbling sound as you pedal- its great.

There's a weinmann bolt-through in my parts bin that may be of use to doris.
PM me - I'm interested in your construction method on the box stays - I'm engaged in a DIY porteur rack project! -

I like that you stuck a 700 in a 26" frame! did you have to bend or move brake bridge?
-
• #2847
What?! It's 27" front and back. Myabe it looks odd cos you don't see that many 40 spoke wheels around...

I <3 the rat thread.
stuF's rig looks even more impressively worn than mine, one day I'll get a photo of the anti-theft rig which is currently gaining 'patina' out in the rain right now :p

This is the blurb that accompanies the photo set on Prolly:
Last night, the Chrome party was shut down before it even began by over-zealous cops and the fire marshall. Not wanting to hang around while groups of cops showed up, we all left. I kept my camera around my neck as a mob of track bikes tore through the SF streets at night…
