I'd slam the stem and mount drop bars

TT dent has resigned this to IDGAF status and is subsequently ratting up.

Saddle / bars..

Saddle has admittedly slipped slightly, but is exacerbated by slopey TT.
Do you mean stem? Bars areflatstraight . -

Also the paint hides a lot from a distance, it's pretty manky close-up.

I've just finished putting my new beater together. My objective was to build something cool that i'm happy to leave locked up at the station everyday. I picked up the original full bike for £100 on Gumtree. It's a Regina Sport frame and came with mainly french parts and some campy hubs on tubulars. Anyway i've made a few adjustments and swapped out a few bits and with the introduction of a Wald 137 i think it's done. Unfortunately my brief is redundant now because even though it's cheap I will be gutted if it gets nicked!

Looks a fair bit rattier in real life. Trying to decide whether to go with a rack for full beater action or some drops. Perhaps both.
