he's actually in the new series of louie doing a parody of the situation
Stanhope is in it, but playing a character. Dane Cook is in a previous episode playing himself and going to blows with Louie CK over the stolen material. I think that's who you mean, but whatever.

Saw Doug Stanhope last night. Some guy in the fron row started asking him if had any new material since the last time he saw him. It escalated to point of the guy shouting "You're Lame" and getting chucked out...
