I have access to all kinds of funky broadcast level camera kit including some brand new solid state Sony mini cams. Problem is although I'm aloud to use it for whatever I want I'm afraid of getting run down by some cunt and breaking the kit... One day.. maybe..

Good place to take photo from would be front left corner of the car, at the lights I suppose. You could include the car make, number plate and driver sitting talking on the phone... all in one lovely illustrative photograph.

You don't put that on a website... you dial 999 at the time or file a report at the local police station after the event.
