  • whats the effective/virtual top tube length on this?
Tempted after i missed out on it on ebay last summer...

  • cool pic, DMC

  • This is the only photo I could find of the bike and rider.

He was emailed yesterday so hopefully he'll respond and set the record straight.

That pic is worth an extra 100 quid at least!

Leicester Track Nationals about 87 or 88, that's Doug Dailly the national coach next to him, possibly Dave Spence or Rob Muizio. It's more likely to be a Cougar than a Merckx

  • if this bike was a person, it would be Murdock from the A-Team.
... Kind of retarded, but ballsy at the same time.

i thinks it's sweet..... needs bullhorns though. Risers on a lo-pro is an instant fail.

  • Aint you got risers on yours?

  • hell no.

i did have for about a week.... then came to my senses.

  • Just been in an email volley with the original owner and he's saying nothing, which is unfortunate.

    The frame mystery continues.

  • Is he not on here? Everyone else in the world is.

  • Well it looks like the bike he used to get Bronze in the 1989 National Team Pursuit Championship - so Merck or not its got some nice pedigree

Christ Max the frame is older that you!

  • It says on another web page that in 89 he rode for Zenith - is that a team/manafacturer etc?

  • If not a Merck, and not a Cougar, it could be a Dave Lloyd - he made some epic frames

  • Max I'd bite clementnumber1s hand off and take him up on twat offer, in his first 4 posts on the forum he really has made a pleasant impression and I'm sure it will go to a good home.

  • someone buy this its getting silly now.
    clementnumber1s--- ROT.

  • don't go any lower, max.

  • Don't worry guys.

  • this

you can afford to lay in more BoJo

  • yey now you can fix our roads!

  • £160

wonder who else has that IP?

  • This a virus you pick up from looking at "those" websites?

So if we look at the facts, Hael gets a virus looking at special websites.. the cat is injured...

i don't want to jump to conclusions
