-1 For oats as well, no texture, just stodgy and chewy.
Crumble is all about that sugary crunch.

-1 for you, crumble with oats is actually more crumbly than standard fat, flour, sugar crumble mix, not stodgy at all.

I used to work with this guy who was getting a lot of stick from his wife for not eating very well.
When he was at work he used to eat a three course dessert lunch, 5 days a week. Skinny bastard he was.

Not too sure, he was a funny guy that's for sure. Mid 40's with a chip on his shoulder and a wife that only gave him grief. He had the mindset of a 10 year old so I can only imagine what his wife was going through.

I had some Morrison's freshley baked blackcurrant pie (with custard) last night.. It was lovely but I would have preferred it as a crumble :(

It's Friday today and will give that M&S Madagascan custard and some crumble a go,
