my chainrings being held on by 2 bolts and its a bit wobbly. not very safe for me to go out i dont think especially without a break. Stupid peugeot bolts to so i cant even get new ones. Need to buy a singlespeed crankset.

I think it's too cold for me and I need to eat something.
I need a piece of tube for a mallet head. I have a various lengths of alu/wood to try as handles.
I also still need a polo frame, ebay seems bare of suitable frames.
and now it's pissing with rain. -

Ben, I haven't seen you in weeks chap. Bought any more bikes?
-

Not yet. But i'm looking for a polo bike frame.
I found a ladies Raleigh Chiltern. Was going to take the chainset off it, thinking it was 26tpi, to put on the BSA but couldn't get the cotter pins out and i think it's actually standard british threading.
So if anyone wants most of a ladies bike, it's free. It's got no wheels or brake levers. The orange BSA frame and forks, seatpost and slightly bent cottered chainset is still for sale also. £28.

I just bought a bloke's bike off Spence for a friend's birthday, but she might prefer that. What size is it? Not that it's that important.
-
• #68
Do you have a pic?
-

It's really heavy and a bit rubbish. Takes 26" wheels, it has the rear wheel with sturmey 3 speed but the rim is completely buckled.

Hmm. If there's any nice bits or pieces, I would gladly take them off your hands. Anything that might be OK on a girls shopping beater.

That could be made to look very very pretty.

Do it. Get her and the little one out at polo...

Probably not a good idea. Would tell noah to go for the balls and you would all be on the floor clutching ya crotches...
Think I saw you cycling towards Newmarkt Road in the pissing rain at about midnight, the mallet and rain coat look was fantastic.
