• We should have a list of grammatical rules. And lists of everything else that can be listed in grammar and language. And then a definitive list of grammar lists.

• I owe you a pint Oliver. Its people like you that keep me refreshed.

i think we both owe him a pint.

• more importantly, did anyone grab any bargains? or did we all leave it too late?

• Yeah was planning on going down tomorrow, or is it not worth it?

• Is the shop closing down?

• Aha. Cheers.

• i wanted to go in and get a goldtec fornt hub but couldn't be bothered. ho hum

I am quoting this to save it for posterity. In fact this whole thread should be printed on a range of tea towels, mouse mats and t-shirts, woven in to a giant tapestry so that the public can come and view it, crowds the like of which haven't been seen since the Tutankhamun exhibition queuing patiently to view this wonder, staring in awe at the majesty and magnificence of it, lifting up their little children so their tender eyes can marvel at it's deathless beauty. Never should such a work be lost.

• Nice work, Will...

• i'll come see it. but only if there's free admission.

• hey guys,

so I was thinking about getting myself some BLB Bullhorn Bars or maybe BLB Drop Bars.

now I don't really know too much about this brand... can anyone tell me about their experiences they've had with BLB, problems, opinions, etc?

help much appreciated!

cheers

• sweet jesus

• Is this a wind up? BLB is probably the most discussed bike shop on this forum. Use the fucking search.

• Well, I don't think Brick Lane Bagels are that good with bicycles.

• Shut up, Ed...

• for a few bob more you can have nitto bling bling

rb018 or b125

• sigh, what did I get myself into here... ok maybe I should have used the search. so I skimmed through a couple of threads and ok, apparently nobodys happy with their shop, the service, the employees etc.

but that doesnt necessarily mean that the products they sell are bad, too. so, I'll rephrase my question:

whar can you tell me about their products? i.e. acutal experiences, gained by acually using the products?

and again - actual help is much appreciated!

• for a few bob more you can have nitto bling bling

thanks! I acutally wanted to get me nitto bars but its for a bike that I wanna leave at the train station every now and then, so - no too expensive parts! ;)

• sigh, what did I get myself into here... ok maybe I should have used the search. so I skimmed through a couple of threads and ok, apparently *nobodys* happy with their shop, the service, the *employees** etc.
....

You're definitely not using the right search...
I never had any problems with BLB, actually they're the closest I can consider to be my LBS..
(*That I know, mostly people dislike Harry.Major, but that's a whole different matter)
Get your ass over there and see it for yourself, it's worth the trip and if not satisfied their backyard get's you in to the Bagel shop. win win.

• BLB is just one of those shop that if you behave like a promiscuous trollop, they'll treat you like a promiscuous trollop.

• Trollop... Heh
