Suspect that the swing arm is ally and welding ally mean ac tig.

I think it's just epically shit welding. I'd be embarassed by that if I purported to be a specials builder.

Cracking motors though - there used to be an 883 big bore kit for the bandit 600 that turned it into a monster. Love those old oil boilers.
