Amazing how much Ducati £2500 will buy you on Biketrader. Shame I can't ride them/they'd actually kill me.

I still haven't bought a bike, despite passing my test months back, but think the same thing when I'm idly looking at them. Then I think about insurance, and how long it would last outside my flat before being stolen and stripped for bits/burnt to death in a housing estate.

Keep it somewhere warm and dry then.

Alas I don't have a warm, dry, motorbike-shaped place.

Yes! This. If something seems too good to be true and all that...

It wasn't this one, but that looks like a lot of fun for a months pay

Well, my Triumph has gone back to BLD for a second time.
In fitting the new gearcase cover they managed to fuck up the selector oil seal, and the thing has been pissing oil all over the garage floor at work. Must be a pint at least.Considering that I'm parked there with no permission I don't really want to draw too much of the wrong kind of attention

Angle grinder. Easiest to attack.

Can get later 750 ss for similar. Fancy a monster? Make sure the belts and valve clearances have been done and not left sitting. Also make sure the needles and jets been changed as they wear and drink fuel and lacks performance.

Get the right cutter and make sure the sparks aren't pointing at your trousers. They WILL catch fire.
Fucking love angle grinders.

Got the CBT out the way today, mighty rusty but looking forward to starting DAS on the 1st. Now time to look at VFR 400's.

Kuba, what are you trying to do? (if that isn't a silly question) I've got the tools, but I use a grinder to take off the head of the rivet that's about to come out. If you are using a soft link to replace the chain, you'll need the tool for that as well. And a big hammer, or spanner, depending on the type of link you're using.

NC30?
Want a theory test CD with hazard perception?
-
• #2649
Yeah NC30 seems the obvious choice, already done the theory thanks. Now you mention it I've also got a CD that needs flogging too.
