I am tempted to sell my 21" cube ltd sl 29er if there is any interest?

I got it on cycle scheme while I was back in Ireland living beside the Dublin mountains, used it less than 10 times before moving back to London. It sat idle in my parents house for 6 months before I brought it to London with me after a visit home last month.

It has been used once since getting it back here, mostly because I CBA driving out of the city to hit the trails, and because my cx bike is more than capable for anything you find inside the m25.

21" frame, fox float fork, full deore xt groupset, dt Swiss wheels. It's a completely standard 2015 bike, the black and green one.

Cost me €1400, think they can be had new for £950, but would sell for £700.

actually just arranging the purchase of this after months and months of searching

now need some forks and brakes

oof, good choice! let me know what brakes you settle on, I need an upgrade for my singular

might just go for SLX brakes again. cheap and cheerful and mine have lasted 3 winters (the front is still ok but the seals in the rear have gone)

Stumbled on this, so rad

Any krampus owners on here? I'm considering one for trail riding and some bikepacking (both in Scotland). Not quite 100% sold on 29x3 tyres as I'm only 1.7m tall. This would be instead of a new 27.5 karate monkey.

Why would you? Dropper routing? Gnot boost? Geo for smaller diameter wheels? Or just personal preference

Yup jb had an ecr. Like a relaxed krampus with many mounts.

Basically I went mountain biking the weekend with a friend who had a stooge, and the 29x3 looked incredibly fun

Smaller diameter wheels which is mostly about looks but being able to switch between 29 and 27,5+ is also nice, cooler paint ('rhymes with' orange) ... So mainly personal preference ☺️
