Bollocks. I'm off out this evening, otherwise I'd be well up for a spin around Regent's park. Out of interest, are you up this way a lot?

Ortho appt at Portland Place, half 6 til 7. Would be a shame to miss out on some easy extra miles in the evening sun afterwards. Up this way every 5–6 weeks.

I've done laps of Regents Park the last couple of nights. It's bloody lovely! Knees are sore today though, so I might just go drink in the park.
