I can only apologise for my anti-social fender. The bit must have fallen off on the way over.

On the note of the home-made Embrocation (Vaseline and Cayenne pepper for those interested)- it reactivated in the shower and my legs are on fucking fire!
So new recipe involves making a paste out of the cayenne first, and mixing that with the vaseline.

No worries about the fender- got a nice chat with a pretty lady on the way home, who wanted to know where all the mud had come from.
