M&S black truffle and olive oil crisps are amazing, kinda like cheese and onion but better, I'm in love.

I wanna buy a B12 supplement for some nerve repair, you guys are smashing those right? Is there a well-known better option?
Sounds like a combo of methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin versions is best:
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25117994Most of the edible blue-green algae (cyanobacteria) used for human supplements predominantly contain pseudovitamin B(12), which is inactive in humans.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17959839There's tonnes of brands out there though.

I take this one https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B004KRLF7G/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1. Seems to be working as when I stopped for 9 months I developed a nasty deficiency.

I've been taking these multivitamins and my pee is illuminus yellow which was quite alarming the first time but the internet tells me is excess B vitamins.

Yeah, it's the Vit B6 I think that gives you the radioactive piss. I only want B12 as it's the one that 'may' help speed nerve repair.

Vitamin B is water soluble so leaves your system really quickly. Even massively exceeding your RDA isn't harmful unless you really over do it. It's mostly vitamin D and E that you need to be concerned about doing because it's stored in your liver rather than just being pissed out.
It's also worth bearing in mind that the quoted RDA for any vitamin is the minimum you should be consuming rather than the maximum.
This is all knowledge that I've probably half remembered from working at Holland and Barrett years ago though! -

Anyone know good spots in Cardiff or have any recomendations? My gf is already down there and has seen quite a few already, but we may be missing some!

I sold my Tokyo Fixed frame to a great chap on here who recommended Greazy Vegan.

Possibly not the healthiest option but could be worth an indulgence once in a while... -

Vegetarian Food Studio does a smashing vegan mango lassi, and Pooja in Cathays does the best curries ever (and some vegan sweets too). I’m sure you’ve already found the vegan welsh cakes in the market... otherwise maybe Embassy Cafe at the weekends, Tim Hortons for bagels/peanut butter in a rush... will keep thinking but also check out Wriggle for some deals on the fancier places and Atma on Queen St.

Oh Hai!! I'm (totally tongue in cheek of course) XVX. It still amazes me when people today actually even know what straight edge is.
As to canned water, I'm all for the cans are better than plastic thing but personally, I'd rather do as I do and keep smuggling in my own reusable water bottle to gigs etc.
The problem here is that (to those who are trying to maintain an image for the benefit of others) people will think you're drinking beer; whereas you're actually trying to convey the message that you don't need that shit etc.
I thought that was why they starting making energy drinks look like beer cans; so the kids could look 'tough'...
That all said, I can't really take the concept seriously or believe it's even real :-) -

Be aware that the values are a bit low compared to the optimal intake, which is 250mcg (daily) or 2500mcg (weekly) for B12 and 50mcg (daily) Vitamin D.
New Barclay Vegan book out. I've got his other books (not vegan) and really like the simple recipes. Got this one to complete the set but should be good if any of his others are to go by.
