Surely you could still have chicken Clive, that's counted as a vegetable I believe?

I don't know. What did the vegan say to the carnivore?
Are any people really carnivores?
Just meat?
Humans are omnivores, don't think you would get very far on meat alone.

I thought people might find this useful:
http://nocruelcosmetics.org/_lib/userfiles/files/BUAVA_LittleBook_OnlineVersion_Feb2011v2.pdf
It's a nice little directory of cosmetics and household products that don't contain animal ingredients, haven't been tested on animals, or are otherwise implicated in animal-based manufacturing practices.

I had a friend, a vegetarian, who was at a music festival, some time in the seventies I think, and he was in the vege food tent. Two rockers walked past and said "Look at that poof, eating poof's food in the poof's tent".

Surely that is impinging on their human rights by not giving your dog free will or something.

I've been experimenting with TVP (soya chunks) but have found it pretty tasteless so far. Does anyone know of anything it can be marinaded in or cooked with to give it some flavour?
sadly not as it contains eggs.
