  • You need to get yourself Chuteless other wise you will look like a twat

  • and Smallfurry has posted the finest cake image this forum has ever seen.... I cant even finish my pecan danish after seeing that.

EDIT: what the fuck is that cake Polkinghorn? It looks like a medieval war wound.

smallfury's cake image is nothing on my cheesecake
i'm so hungry. we need a food porn thread.

  • single speed, one chute?

  • I carry an anchor as well... throw that fucker in the ocean in emergencies.

  • I've seen* Batman use an anchor device to make tight corners. Seemd like a neat idea.

(*not personaly, in the flicks like)

  • I've grabbed lamp-posts on street corners to turn right angles at very high speed

  • It IS a fricking singlespeed.. it only has a chainring, cog and a chain. That is ONE SPEED.

Taking the common use of the term singlespeed to mean freewheel, then all you need to do is swap the cog for a freewheel and you have your precious singlespeed. Sheesh.

    Paypal-only.

Is this really how it is? I think it is quite wrong to make the guy swallow flak for that specific thing. I'm pretty sure most people -- even the ones in the know -- would say a "fixed gear" is not a "single-speed", even though there is only one gear/speed.

I've nothing to say about the rest of the content in this thread as it seems some things are more allowed than others.

    Do carry on.

  • Who gives a fuck? Jesus Christ, there's been a massive influx of whoppers on this forum lately...... :-(

Probably attracted by the indigenous population of whoppers. *whistles casually

  • @SKUNKWORKS.. Tried Jordan?

  • @SKUNKWORKS.. Tried Jordan?

I am not familiar with that term.

  • 'Jordan' is slang for jacking up into a vein in your foot

all the cool kids are doing it

    Now I know.

Um, could someone could help me out with what it was that musikism tried to tell me?

  • Skunkworks. At the chance of being told I suck Satan's balls again I think perhaps, Musikism was referring to the country.

Right. 'Tis not the first thread in which I find the words too oblique to properly classify as attacks.

Still, here's hoping musikism gets cancer! I believe this will net me quite a lot of points!

    Read again what I wrote.

I guess my eyes only took in the above. Still, it does set the tone, does it not?

  • Fixed wheel bikes are a subset of single speed bikes. Hippy is, as always, correct. You think someone gets to that kind of a post count just talking sh1t??

  • Don't answer that one.

"The one-speed revolution actually involves two different styles of bikes, singlespeeds and fixed gears. These are not the same thing, althogh they have much in common."

If I had read Hippy before I had read Brown, I might not be this tiresome. And yes, of course they are from the same stable, but I still think Hippy showed bad form with the post (and no, it is not the only post on this forum to do so).

But my oh my -- isn't arguing online just fucking grand? The best fucking thing since, well, getting a blowjob from Hippy's mum!

  • Platini - you've dropped a digit.

    So I have. Sorry: "£945."

  • If I had read Hippy before I had read Brown, I might not be this tiresome.

It doesn't matter if you've read Brecht, Kant or friggin Socrates.** Nobody** questions the Hippy.

  • Mr no bike,

It really doesn´t matter your intentions behind the creation of this thread, it is the creation of retarded threads like this that makes, to the remaining non-nodder cycling community, life a little more difficult. Who on earth cares what it looks like, or if it is wrong? Wrong is to waist precious, delicious forum thread space with "is my hair OK today" type of questions. If you had spent a bit of time going through the Forum you´ld have seen there´s no future/answer to your thread/doubts.

    Retards,
    N

    Brownie point to nuknow

    That much I've learned.

And I am bound to get my teeth kicked in by the said sad fuck from the land of skin cancer and most venomous fauna known to man, but I consider it unavoidable.

Hippy could also tell his mum she could do a better job rimming me the next time she comes begging for more food stamps.

  • What japes!

    Ain't that the truth.
