Front will have to come out as the valve core has been lost somewhere along the way.
Will the QR type thing for the roller brake reaction arm (wtf?) release the cable?

Anyone on here have wide feet and can recommend decent shoes?
Specialized sport MTB are the only things I've ever been able to wear, but they are all velcro and very bendy.

Thanks guys

I've previously got on with Specialized and Lake. Most other brands have been too narrow for me.

does anyone know what version of Columbus tubing this eddy merckx frame is made from?
the columbus sticker says
TUBI SPECIALI SUPERBUTTED
ACCIAIO CrMo CYCLEX
RIVERNICIATO
RINFORZI ELICOIDALI
I translated it to google and this is what it gave meSUPERBUTTED SPECIAL TUBES
STEEL CrMo CYCLEX
repainted
HELICOIDAL REINFORCEMENTS
ive inspected the frame and there are no helicoil reinforments
So i suspect this is a repainted frame with a random decal on ?
Cheers

I have a second WhatsApp account based off my US mobile number which I haven't used for ages and has probably been terminated.
I have just noticed that it has someone else's photo in place of mine, so I assume that the number has been reused by T-Mobile.
From a security perspective is there anything I need to worry about? For eg can they use the number to go back through my photos or chats?
Cheers.

Dynamo wheels for a 20” wheeled bike? A Moulton specifically.
a) practical?
b) best value option? SONs are bloody expensive -
• #98869
Theres a Dynamo hub thread best to ask there utfs ;)
I think the challenge you have is keeping it light an SP is probably a better shout, but still not cheap compared to the Shimano ones. Also remember that most dynamo are meant for ~700c wheel diameter.

Car running. Was 'simply' a battery issue. Yes, flat, but what was really causing the confusion but that it was obviously a 'cell' malfunction as wouldn't hold any charge - airbag light still on but pretty common and glow plugs ordered.
Advice/assistance much appreciated, thanks

Any advice on bathroom wall panels from the likes of DBSBathrooms or Victoria Plumb. With the quotes we've had from tilers it seems these would be a more straightforward and certainly cheaper option (the 6msq we want done about £350 all in with materials/labour tiling and £250 with panels).
Any experience - ones to avoid/go for -much appreciated
@Bobbo (hope you don't mind) -

Don't mind at all.
I would always say go for what you prefer the look of. Yes at the moment the £100 difference between the two systems seems like a lot but you have to consider it a cross the 15 to 20 year lifespan of the bathroom when that extra price is nothing really, unless of course your intention is to flip the house in which case you want to go for the cheaper option. Even if you are only there for ~ 5 years its £20 a year.
In terms of doing the job it's much of a muchness although with the bathroom panels there will be much less or no grout lines to fail so they will be maintenance free longer.
Victoria Plumb and DBS are both large companies. I've not dealt with them personally but they do seem to have a good reputation on trustpilot as well as good returns / exchange policies.

I’m in Albania and had a horrific day with punctures yesterday. All three of my spare tubes are gone and I don’t have patches. I’m about to search the small town I’m in, but may not find the right size tubes or a repair kit.
Are there any potential bodges I could use? Don’t think packing the tube with grass will fly on a 700x25.

I'd fix the punctures in situ. If it wasn't for the chain case I'd probably have taken the wheels out.
So, flip the bike over or in a stand, hit the tyres with a good blast of air, see if you can figure out where the punctures are by listening to it come out.... peel the tyre off nearby then pull the tube out and patch it properly.
If you find it's a snake bite type puncture then those wheels and chain case is gonna have to come off. Front is easy, looks like there's some quick release type thing for the roller brake reaction arm, not so much for the rear and that chain case...
