You need a pair for these to work.
One plugs in next to, and is connected to your router and sends signal through the wires.
Pretty sure that one is just the end node.300MPS is pretty slow as those things go too.
I use the 1200 model to bring solid WIFI and cable speeds to where I work and download stuff respectively.

Thanks a lot.

That won't do owt by itself, you still need one of the plugs that comes with the starter kit to get the network into the mains at the router end.
You also end up with two separate wifi networks, which is a pain in the tits on mobiles and tablets because they may not automatically switch to the strongest one when you're moving around the house.

Those sound some interesting (but hard to come by) options! thanks

Nope, not an archeologist.
flint arrow heads are common enough in the American Midwest, as a kid I’d visit family in Kansas and go looking for fossils and we’d sometimes find arrowheads and scrappers along creek beds. My dad found some flint scrappers in Glastonbury in the late 80s. -

Nope just Norfolk, Man, and somewhere in North York. I always assumed flint just looked like chert in its natural state.

Initialing someone with a double barreled surname, would you go:
A. B-C.
A. B.-C.
A B C
A B-COr something else?
I use ADB, if that confusing those are my initials.

what the best thread for bikes for short people. 5'1" and under, bikes on the cycle to work scheme ideally, with flat bars and rack mounts? I think 650b or smaller wheels would be best.

Is Lizard Skins bar tape worth £30+?
-
• #97938
I would say no. But then that's more down to personal preference than anything else. Once you have mitts/gloves on, as long as it grips and has a bit of 'give', is there that much difference?
-
• #97939
Not worth RRP. Maybe if you can find it under £20. Otherwise get some Fabric Hex tape.

• #97940
I found the Lizardskin tape very slippery in the rain.

• #97941
No. It feels very nice to use, but your bar end plugs will keep falling out. The Lifeline silicone stuff is good and very cheap.
-
• #97942
You need end plugs that expand with a bolt

Too heavy. #weightweenie

+1 on that, those things are amazing. No more lost bar end plugs, no more tape coming loose.

When did bike manufacturers start routing rear brake cable internally through the top tubes of bike frames?
I generally thought it was mid 80's, but that's just from seeing loads of frames from that period with it, but for all I know it may have been tried decades before this.
Anyone know? Is anyone credited with doing it first, if so who? Was it something that originated in the pro-peloton for aero, aesthetic or other reasons, or was it something that started happening by many frame builders at around the same time?

Worth it. Mine are pretty light, I think from BBB, just plastic with a small Al bolt.
