Anyone know if there are any compatibility issues with running Ultegra 6700 or 6800 brake calipers with Sram Force 22 levers?

Parts washers - anyone using one, there is a portable draper one , or do you need to spend a few hundred quid to get an ultrasonic one?

Is there any logical stack and reach formula when going from road to TT? My roadie is 525 x 380 - ish. What TT geo should I look at?

Pretty sure SRAM run the old cable pull ratio (same as Shimano Super SLR) and 6700/6800 run the 'new' Super SLR pull ratio so you'll end up with a horrible lever feel. Better to stick with a standard dual pivot.

We've got a benchtop one from rozone at work that's great, although I can't find it on their website, we've also got an ultrasonic one in the other workshop to piss about with waxing chains and that's not great at cleaning stuff tbh.

The bench top one looks great but they have no details for it on their site.

How cross compatible are Shimano freehub bodies?
I think my XT M8000 has surpassed it's life expectancy. It seems okay when in use but after cleaning (and leaving the bike for a few days), it's seizing up and needing a bit of force to get going again. Cross is tough on bikes. I'll give it a proper clean and regrease which should extend it's life somewhat but a direct replacement does not seem available.

a direct replacement does not seem available
It's a current model, spare parts are available from any LBS which has a Madison account, you just order the relevant part number (Y3CZ98050) by reference to the exploded view. That's the theory. In practice, it's often cheaper and easier to buy a new hub and swap the guts over, but if you just want the freewheel body delivered to you, xxcycle has them quite cheap. Only about €15 less than the best price on the whole hub, so I'd probably still go with the guts transplant, since that gets you new balls and cones while you're at it.

Cant's set up email on mrs cnr's windows phone (microsoft lumia 640).
I've updated to windows 10.
The email account is a hosted domain (Clarahost Soho), so my emails at xxx@mydomainname.co.uk but the mail servers are clara's e.g. pop.clara.net.
I've put all the mail settings that I would require to make the email work in an andoid phone or any other mail client i can think of - but it don't work.
I have run out of ideas. Other than get an android phone...
any advice gratefully received.

I managed it on my Lumia 640 / WP10, similar set up with my domain in the address but 1&1.co.uk servers. Of course that was all a long time ago, so I can't remember exactly what I did, but I don't recall having any trouble and it can definitely be done. I used IMAP rather than POP, but that shouldn't make any difference.
It's always worth double checking that you've spelt the server names correctly and that you're using the exact format required for username and password

Agree - I'm at a bit of a loss as to what is not working and the windows error messages don't help.
I'm just re-typing everything in again, even thought it all looks right

windows error messages don't help
They don't, do they? A quick google seems to indicate that this means
- can't authenticate. password or user name problem
- incorrect connection security settings, i.e. SSL
- can't authenticate. password or user name problem
