I got barred about 10 years ago, never been back. It still seems to do reasonable business, although few of the aficionados rate it very highly. My serious recommendation if you like that sort of thing is the White Horse, based on the fact that the girls slag off the management of every other strip joint but go out of their way to say how much they like working at the WH.
Browns is better than White Horse. Griffin is better than Browns (some nights).
I'm working near Spearmint Rhino now and the a-frame says £2 pints.. #win?

sizing could be either medium or large, depends on what kind of rider you are.
if you want to do those boring 12-24 hour rides round a muddy field or rides with a map and miles of tedious doubletrack then you need a large. if you want to blast down twisty singletrack in the woods then a medium.Exactly, this.

what i don't get with people who are now getting into MTB is that they all seem to go for rigid 29'ers as they are the 'in thing' they don't actually know why they want one they just do.
imo it's better to learn how to ride with gears and front suspension, you get the mechanical grip from the fork (the fork is not there for your comfort) so you can trust the front and not be afraid to move the bike around. rear suss is not such a good idea as it makes new riders lazy as it's easy just to sit there and be a passenger and not work the bike plus things can get fast very quickly and people don't have the skills to deal with the speed, a hardtail helps keep the speed down.
i have only recently been riding full suss and am still learning plus i do have a few bad habits but at least i'm aware of them and know what they do to the way the bike handles.
