Apologies if you are dreading whilst eating breakfast.
Rastism hurts everyone.

I used to see routemaps in posts, but now I don't, not even a link, just a big blank space where I assume there should be something. I've looked at the user options and nothing obvious to me. How can I fix it? I can see avatars and images in posts.

I can see the link address in a posting box if I quote but not in the thread. -

You need your browser to display non-secure inline frames in a secure page, and you need it to render the specific inline frame http://ridewithgps.com/routes/24093/embed
/embed which I could only do by enabling javascript for the domain ridewithgps.com -

I had a similar problem when I lived in a house share; fortunately I had two pairs of slippers (the big padded ones from most supermarkets, usually have a cartoon character stitched to the front) so just put one under each foot of the turbo - got rid of 90% of the turbo rattle & made it more secure on the wooded floor. I appreciate you may be after something a little more permanent but it could help for the short term.
Cheers, worth giving a go.
you haz a mezzanine.
Need turbo to be in front of the TV sadly. Mezzanine level would have been perfect.
An answer:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SorbothaneYou can also tweak the system by making sure the turbo support points are on a joist, and close to the wall, to maximise the rigidity of the support. This minimises the amplitude of the signal imparted to the sounding board, aka the floor surface.
Thanks mate. I'll look into this. Sounds like it could be the best way to isolate turbo from the floor.

Got given one of those Espresso 43mm rear wheels, just tried to put a tyre on it and it seems that it's actually slightly smaller than 700c? Putting a wire bead Rando on is effortless and the bead starts to pop off once there's about 40psi in there. It's impossible to get the bead to seat properly all the way around the rim. Is is possible that it's significantly <622mm ERD?
Definitely not a 650c, before someone suggests that.

How do I get rid of the parakeets outside my window which wake me up at sunrise every morning? I've tried plying hawk, falcon and birds of prey noises from a speaker but this doesn't work. I'm reluctant to shoot them with a BB gun.

Will hawk noises scare them if they've never encountered a hawk before? Maybe you need to buy a hawk.

Or a owl.

Why? They are an invasive pest, they need shooting just as much as grey squirrels do.

Don't shoot things.

OK, wring their necks.

Good luck killing a parakeet with a bb gun. Better off setting up a bird scarer or hang some old CDs in the branches.

These work, but your neighbours won't like you very much.

Don't let gaggles see you criticise the espresso wheels.

is gagglefuck still around to valiantly defend any espresso besmirching?

We used to have all kinds of fun with them at school. Both no good, the tree is about 15-20 meters tall (i'm on the second floor) and I can't reach them. Coincidently, I've seen them fighting with the squirrels in the tree, but the fluffy rats just run away.
I'll have to come up with something though as they are disturbing my sleep. Would the environmental noise department at my LPA be of any use?
Had same thing yesterday... Pulled back on the finger tip skin really hard with my thumb then pressed hard with other fingers. Worked, nearly got hit in the face with puss.
Apologies if you are dreading whilst eating breakfast.
