Guys I've just won an old steel French track frame from eBay, which odd sized parts am I gonna need?

French threaded BB, different stem to the normal 1"?

And if so where's best to find these parts?

Can someone tell me the life span of an Ultegra 11spd chain? I've done just over 1,600km and my LBS tells me there is 480km left in it...

Depends if you do all your riding through swamps or in an arid area. Depends if you clean and lube your chain or not. Basically, it depends.

Where can I get a sports massage in the City? Any place I could just walk in, throw down some cash and demand to be rubbed down by a strong-armed human?

used Islington when I was getting physio, they do sports massage too and have a few different ones dotted about the city.

What barend plugs could I use for very small diameter bars?
the plugs that came with the bartape (and the ones that came with two other sets of bartape I had laying around) wouldn't fit.
Any suggestions? Black would be preferred...

Does anyone know why I'm getting an "Untrusted Connection" page when I attempt to visit Gmail? None of my browsers allow me to visit it. It's on the work computer so people shouldn't have visited anything dodgy. I have run a virus check and it came up blank.

It's not essential but it is tedious and I don't like things like this.

This is true. Will look into getting some transfers made up. Just assumed that Dawes is so common someone must have them in, surprised at how scarce this one seems to be.

I've had this before. I just took some normal plastic ones and systematically chopped off bits of the internal flanges until it was snug.

I had some plugs that wouldn't behave in this manner and I smashed them to bits trying to hammer them in.

In the end I got some corks like you get off sherry bottles with a plastic cap on the end. I had to trim the corks a bit but they worked great and the lip on the cap held the tape in nicely.

That's torn it: it'll be Bros & Grolsch tops, or the Beastie Boys & VW all over again: reports coming in from all over the country of distressed Grannies and their pilfered Sherry stoppers!

Alpina headsets - Is there anywhere I can source a spare crown race from, or are all 45deg crown races compatible with alpina headset bearings?
