Haven't heavier wheels also been used for the flywheel effect? If there is some validity to that claim, then surely that wheel has to be pretty effective.
Ondrej Sosenka hour bike had a 3.2kg which while harder to get up to speed, but due to the flywheel effect it was easier to maintain an even pace over the hour .. if I remember right from the description in The Hour by Michael Hutchinson

Yet Sosenka himself weighed around 80kg; even allowing for the fact that the wheel was both moving and rotating, it's contribution to the total system inertia is well under 10%. It's a claim which should be filed under BS, alongside the equally spurious claim that fixed helps you over the pedalling deadspot. If your top run of chain is taut, the fact that there is no freewheel between the sprocket and wheel cannot possible make any difference. If your top run of chain isn't taut at some point during the crank revolution, you need to learn how to pedal.

Of which 1kg was pharmaceutical (allegedly).

That's the answer to the question
"What is the Tester Approved headset adjuster nut for carbon forks?"The answer to the OP's actual question is probably X-Lite, but they seem to have gone out of business.
