Any tapered steerer track forks out there, or will I have to wait for the parallax ones?

Why does porridge go runny when you add honey?
A small amount completely changes the viscosity

What saddle bags would people recommend for the road?
I'm dubious about anything with a plastic clip, having one snap on me in an XC race.
Only need to carry a tube, small multi tool and a couple of tyre levers.

"Why does porridge go runny when you add honey? A small amount completely changes the viscosity."
The starch in the porridge absorbs liquid when heated gently, and by adding fructose and glucose the process is reversed. Stir continuously, and the the grains of starch will reabsorb the liquid when the sugars have dissolved.
PS
Overheating will break up the the grains of starch and the porridge will remain runny. -

I've run out of HDMI inputs on my amp. Any suggestions for an infrared HDMI switcher, at least 4 inputs? When I google it I just find a load of generic brands, nothing I recognise. Any potential EDID issues to be aware of? Cheers

Sick of carting stuff round in my jersey pockets, hence asking about saddle bags.

Tool roll
Got one of them too.
Want to shift tools and tube out of my jersey, carrying a tool roll + tube takes up two back pockets and leaves no space for food and all that.
Planet X can supply it for considerably less
