  • Has to be 40? You can get 48 wheels from BLB, not quite otp as they build to order.

You can get loads of bmx hubs with 48hole as well as blb hubs... And velocity deep v's, chuckers and a few other rims come in 48.

I think easier to source in the uk than 40.

i've got the rim sitting here waiting to be built to something
it has to be 40 as i don't feel comfortable drilling the extra 8 holes in the rim myself

  • Rechargeable rear light. Preferably under £30 but could stretch to £40 if it's worth it.

    Suggestions?

  • Vanilla cycles. Moon something. On sale.

  • I'm guessing you mean the Moon Shield 60. It's sold out on there, probably because it was on sale with a hefty discount.

  • Have you looked at the lezyne micro and the similar ones in wiggle?

  • Lethal, Lethal Cnut Bag

I have seen them, but I don't know how good they are. I've killed a Blackburn Flea and an Exposure Flare because neither are very waterproof so I'm wary of the Moon and Lezyne. I really like the Cateye rear lights but they're not rechargeable.

I had been very happy with the quality and output of my Cateye Rapid 3 rear, but I lost it when it fell of my bag, and I thought switching to something rechargeable would be a good idea.

  • Is 110mm the shortest Shimano BB I can get?

edit: Just found a 107mm, but it's made by Kenli (whoever they are). Could that be the shortest?

  • my moon shield 60 has held up much better than my smart r1's

  • ^^ I bought a 103mm Shimano from CRC a couple of years ago

  • my moon shield 60 has held up much better than my smart r1's

Moon Shield 60 it is then, I've seen Dimi's on, and it's fucking bright, so if it's resilient, then it ticks the boxes.

Thanks. I had a quick look, but it seems they don't have them any more :( 110mm will have to do I think

  • Are chocolate coins on sale all year round or is it just a xmas thing? I need to buy some before tomorrow morning.
