The plates that my cleats screw into on my Dominators have warped, will these be sidi specific, if so where can I get some in the UK other than JE James, otherwise, can I use any brand of them and which would be the best?

Is a buckle in a wheel more noticeable on deeper/carbon wheels?

I'm lying down chewing gum and every time I chew I can small pressure release type noise in my right ear, third time I've noticed this week.
Anyone know what it could be?

Hearing aids?
-
• #45881
Nope, having no hearing problems just convinced the noise can't be good.

Possible but it's a recent thing and I haven't flown for a couple of months nor done anything with abnormal pressures, really puzzling me.
-

Sure it's coming from the Eustacian tube and not the TMJ*? Maybe your TMJ is clicky only when your lying down, due to the gravitational pull on your jaw changing the alignment slightly compared with when you're upright. Does the noise disappear when you change posture?

Have you done any unprotected listening or shared music? It could be hearing aids, get tested.

It's still there when I sit or stand up now, it's not a click but a noise dissimilar to squeezing the last air out of an inner tube.

I've started to rebuild my brand affinity with McDonalds, lasted visited when I was 5
Coffee for £1 on a Monday is bringing back (its black and wakes me up)
But its coffee cup lids is really upsetting my OCD.
I want to just check its not user error on my part.It seems designed to have you tear open a plastic tab and pull it back.
This leaves you with a sharp serrated triangle and a large hole to carefully surpe your java through.
The whole experience leaves me unable to enjoy my coffee - am I doing it right?
-
• #45893
No, you bend back the tab on itself and it should click into place.

The plastic tab fits in to where the little arrows are pointing. -

How the hell do they get warped? They're not exactly flimsy.Don't SPD cleats come with the plates in any case?
The fires of Mount Doom are our only hope.
