Regarding pans it should be properly seasoned properly.
My grandmothers used this on cast iron pans:
Not for vegans really, but it works charm. Just rub some big fat lardon and enjoy.

When did colourway become a word?
It jars every time i read it as it makes me think 'coloured road surface'. Don't people use 'colour scheme' any more?

Probably about the same time as "Cole netted just before half time" etc etc....

do fingernails grow more quickly than toenails? i'm sure they're not supposed to but they really seem to lag behind. i must know.
also, i recently watched a documentary about the engineering problems surrounding the deepwater horizon spill. it was very interesting. at one point it mentioned in passing that the temperature of the oil at the point it was leaking was arount 300 degrees C. i had no idea oil was hot. anyone know why? is it something to do with pressure or just a function of it being from so deep underground (nearer the molten mantle?).

Probably just the septics trying to fry everything in it.

cast iron pans are nice but very heavy. I have one that my mother passed on to me. She could not safely lift the pan when full of stew. Similarly my girlfriend struggles just the same. I am a obnoxious pampered male and don't cook that often so the use of good pans is over my head..

Just tell them to lift it before they eat, or wait till they've had a dump: simples.

Yes.
It's about the exposure to daylight.

Here. Science.
Fingernails require 3 to 6 months to regrow completely, and toenails require 12 to 18 months. Actual growth rate is dependent upon age, gender, season, exercise level, diet, and hereditary factors. Nails grow faster in the summer than in any other season.

Is the following set up achievable?
Bullhorns with brake levers for V-Brakes and bar end shifters.
I've got as far as Tektro RL520's as the levers but is there a bullhorn/bar end shifter combo that will work?

you can use travel agents. I've not used them but found them when considering a v brake sti setup. Internet reports are varied as to their effect on brakeing.
