If it works like Shimano HT2, Road will only fit 68mm shell, MTB is made to fit 73mm shell with a BB-mount derailleur but comes with spacers in case you want to run it without that derailleur or on a 68mm shell.
GXP is rather different from the HT2 system. It is unlikely to be straightforward.

Must do- currently all visitors from one ISP in one 24 hour period view the cached result, moving to a 15 min TTL means the cache clears in minute 16 and a new authoritative query is made.
you are correct dammit but ive found that regardless of TTL it still sometimes takes ages for global resolvers to update their records

I've lost both of the clamps (anti-sway catch?) for my Carradice Super-Cs (rear panniers).
Is this what I want? http://www.sjscycles.co.uk/carradice-anti-sway-catch-prod28931/

Damn that free market. So just as simple as someone having a laugh / chancing their hand?

are MTB and road GXP bottom brackets interchangeable? Like, are they the same proportions...?
The plastic sleeve might be longer on the MTB one, but the cups are identical I think, worst case scenario you might need to stick some spacers on or get a longer sleeve depending which way round you are doing it.

No, there's a thingy near the base of the panniers that latches on to the rack as well. I'm fairly certain it's what I linked to, but wanted confirmation.

Bay66? awesome park, no half pipe though. They seem to be out of fashion at the moment.
You'll have to ask some Bulgarians about whats good over there. But for good coverage right across europe and reasonable prices Lyca is good.
