Why when I'm replaying internal messages do I not longer seem to be able to attach file like when I click reply within a thread?

Is there any reason to stop me runnng different sized tyres at the same time? Thinking of a 23 on the front and a 28 on the back.

Not at all. Many people do. I've run as big a difference as 23c and 32c

I run 23/25 but have ran 23/28. hardly noticeable. the reason being my forks only clear 23 but I like Randos or 25c Hardshells for epicskidz™
In theory, you are raising the back end, but c'mon, what's in 2/3mm?
now if you were running 19c tubular on the front and 2.4" 29er rear wheel that would be different....

I would ride 19/2.4", It'd be an interesting ride...

on my fixed I currently have 47mm on the front, 32mm on the back, mainly because my back wheel has an epic buckle so anything wider wouldn't fit between the chainstays. In our current weather it's working well

Suggestions for a pudding I can take to my sisters for Xmas day.
I was set to cook something there, but she has decided it's all to busy at her place so I need to take something ready made. Would consider a nice cake but it is unlikely to arrive in one piece if I go by bike.
She has already vetoed xmas pud.
Any suggestions of something I can buy and take on a bike?

Take an Xmas pud.
Take brandy sauce, butter and cream, and a bottle of brandy.
Guaranteed to go down well.

Eton mess. Or something similar.

Just take lots of chocolate oranges, that's all anyone wants to eat on xmas day anyway.

i work around the corner from wholefoods so could get a meringue, some jersey cream, some strawberries...
-
• #38918
Well there you go.
-
• #38919
cheers, just need to find a twist of some sort, possibly sieve some passion fruit to leave with the strawberries while they macerate and add some fine vanilla extract to the cream

riding is just a euphemism for boozing. We all know why this forum is a success, everyone single one of you is a closet alcoholic.
Is this still true?
-
• #38921
no, i no longer drink but mainly because of my excessive boozing

HTFU fatty
185rpm was uncomfortable on 48/19I could probably still hit 200, just. It doesn't make 130rpm comfortable.

Why can't there ever be anything good to watch on TV while most of the nation are at home. Repetitive shite year on year
Really? Seems to be lots of movies on I've not seen. Okay they're old but I don't remember most of 'em.

doesn't seem to be any more effective than silicon sheet, just less visible / no need for dressings? I've had both silicon sheet and steroid injections in (keloid) scars, hard to tell whether either made much difference...
I heard silicone sheet was better than the gel.
I'm wanting to compare the use of a gel vs. the use of my usual remedy - bugger all.

None. I ran that setup for a long time.
