Give it to a scrap metal person. They go around in lorries collecting stuff off the street. You can also find their bases, scrapyard type places with signs saying "cash 4 metal" etc...
Don't encourage them. Weigh it in yourself of just take it in to the local recycling centre.

Has anyone used/have any reccomendations for insoles for Sidis?
im a size 8 (42) but have 8.5 sidis cos the 8's squishes the widest part of my foot but theyre a tiny bit loose as in pulling out of clipless pedals is more effort than it should be due to slight movement inside
If i triple sock its fine but i was thinking a better more permanent solution would be some insoles as the sidis current dont really have one in just a solid bottom
Specialized do some good quality footbeds, which are worth the money. They are a fair bit cheaper than the Sidas ones and, having both, as good.

+1 I have Spesh insoles in my Sidi Ergo II's.
With regards to your point Rogan I find that the Spesh 44 insole fits perfectly inside the 45 Sidi- they don't fit in my 44 Sidi Dragons.

Also, you could try a ski/snowboard shop. They tend to do alot of mods for fit on ski boots, and usually have decent insoles, as well as stiffer material they can use underneath the foot beds if they need padding out more.

Can anyone recommend a notepad?
These are my requirements:
- numbered pages
- lined
- not bigger than A4
Thanks.
I was looking at this, but wondering if there was something cheaper out there:

I generally go with whatever is in the stationary cupboard at work, is this not an option for you?

Will black brakes look shit if the rest of the groupset is silver?

Thanks for the recycling tips - I'll drive it to Battersea mega recycling place tomorrow I think. The frame is rusty and has been crashed repeatedly (not deliberately, and not with any noticeable damage, but I don't trust it anyway). The sooner it's out of my house the better, not least because I can then fill the space with a bike I actually want to ride...

Not really.
I want a book for notes that can clearly show if any pages are missing and evidences events in a chronological order.
That's why I want page numbers.

DIY page numbers.

Hmm, I'd take notes on my phone (Galaxy, erm, Note) and then save them to a Google document with a time and date.
-
• #37865
^^ ha!. Yes I could but then what's to stop me from tearing a page out and continuing the page numbers as if I hadn't? Also you inevitably forget.
^ I kind of need paper.
Cheers for the ideas though.

Write the numbers in beforehand, and date it all...

It depends on the colour of your frame and what else you're counting in the group. If the bars, stem, seatpost are all black as well as the tyres and rims I don't think it will notice.

That ^^

What are the best road brake levers for the least money? Also if someone could answer my previous question:
Will black brakes look shit if the rest of the groupset is silver?
that'd be smashing

What are the best road brake levers for the least money?
Do you want the best or the least money? That's two questions. Only you can decide whether the best ones are worth the price premium. SRAM S900 are the best, SRAM S500 are functionally identical for half the price. Tektro RL340 have been recommended on here previously at ¼ of the price of S500s
Also if someone could answer my previous question that'd be smashing
Somebody did
