If you mean how does the heat molding work - if it's anything like their speedskates it's a case of removing the fittings then popping them an oven a low temp (100 I think) for 20 mins then gritting your teeth and popping your bare feet in them.
You can also use a hair dryer or a heat gun, but it takes more care with the later and you can wreck them if you are hamfisted.

How good is the peanut butter? Is it as good as Whole Earth?

I have a request. There have been a few nice track bikes posted in the Bike Porn thread, brakless with risers. Does anyone fancy trawling through and finding a couple of nice ones? I'm looking for inspiration and hoping it can be found through laziness.

I'm fairly sure it is, however it's definitely better than your typical supermarket branded one that's I can comfortably said.

Compared to meridian?
The most awesome of peanut butter as all it contains is peanuts.

Suma's stuff? was disappointed by it, all crunch no smooth. It's all about the crunchy surprise in creamy butter.

Beaten to it. Mine was done by hand, it's more authentic.

My GF saw a mouse in the flat the other night, so we have had some traps down for a couple of days, but so far it/they have avoided capture.
We are shortly going away for 4 nights, do I leave the traps down while its quiet, The only concern is that if we trap one on day one, what state will it be in, by the time we return 4 days later?
(We are using traditional traps and peanut butter*, which last time caught 3 within 30mins of putting the traps down)
*Not homemade

It will be an emotional wreck, probably having missed its kid's birthday. You should be prepared for tears and histrionics. -
