Ive read a lot of people commenting that delta's work better. No idea if its true, but thats what googling gave me when I was looking into buying some.
I think Dandy https://www.lfgss.com/member21623.html has used both and prefers Deltas, maybe ask him?

What's an easy cake to bake? We've got a bake off going on at work at the moment and I'm a complete novice.

Or a chocolate cake, tea cake, sponge cake, apple cake.. they're all easy if you follow the recipe.

I use both. Deltas feel more positive on engagement. In practice though once you're in II find them more or less the same. Keo cleats are more expensive. You can get lighter, posher Keo pedals but extremely bargainous 2nd hand Delta ones from people with upgradeitis.

since people are talking clip systems... which are considered to be the most FG/SS friendly?
whilst I like my Crank Brothers egg beaters, I know that they are no good for FG, and I suspect that they may be involoved in my shoes snapping.
Pondering going down the road/3 hole systems, how much better than 2 hole systems (eggbeater/spd's/etc) are they?
-

I used to use 2-hole metal shimano MTB type for a few years, but once I started road riding I begun using the Look system and it felt so much better I changed my fixed to that too. Only arse is having to take spare shoes if you need to walk anywhere at all.

175g of marg, sugar and SR flour, 3 eggs. mix sugar + butter, then add one egg at a time with a tbsp of flour, then fold in the rest of the flour. Bake until tasty at 180 degrees. Easiest sponge recipe ever (provided you have scales)!

What is the name of the process, for example in a university, where exam papers, after having been graded by one examiner, are then sent off to another to check that the marking was done properly in the first place?

Moderation
Hmm, thanks very much Ed, but that's not what I'm looking for I don't think. I think you've answered my question correctly but I asked the wrong question. What about this:
What is the name for the process where an exam paper, after having been written by an examiner, is then reviewed by another examiner to check that the exam is fair, hasn't got any mistakes, is the appropriate level of difficulty etc?
(At least, I think there is a name for this process that isn't moderation.)

"Validation is an additional layer in the assurance process of vetting the examination question for correctness and fairness. It is similar to the moderation process, except that it shall be performed wholly by experienced industry instructors. CASA FOIs do not participate in validation exercises."

Unfortunately their PR has been in the toilet since the whole gary glitter debacle.
