I've got a pilot's license from Washington State but I've never flown for a living. My wife's best friend's brother is a professional pilot living in Thailand. I don't know him though.

I want to put the lever/shifters in the middle, to have the shifting/braking position of a flat bar but with additional hand position of the bullhorns. On-one say the Bingo accepts MTB levers, so the diameter should be fine, but will there be enough of a gap to fit the levers/shifters in between the oversized bit in the middle and the curve at the ends?

How much gear do you need to shift? Might be easier to use a boat.

There's probably a better use for hypnosis, but that was a wicked show, albeit over quite quickly.

Yes, it's roughly equivalent to a 1 tooth change on the sprocket for the ordinary range of ratios. Whether it's worth the money depends on what problem you think it will solve.
